Footsteps Dance Instructors

With 12 years experience in employing dance instructors, we have a defined criteria for a Footsteps instructor. All instructors go through a rigorous training regime that involves both practical and theoretical training.

Footsteps prides itself on its ongoing training and development sessions that allow instructors to grasp new choreography and behaviour management techniques, and improve their versatility as a Footsteps instructor. Instructors also have ongoing support from their State Manager and Trainer, who is available to them for advice on a wide range of situations.

All Footsteps instructors have all relevant state police and denominational checks and insurances. We welcome all feedback on our instructors.
